- Candidates who need interview experience for any of the purposes of getting a job, changing jobs, or career management processes can submit their CVs/resumes and an information letter containing their objectives and process details via the “apply for online interview experience ” section.
- If there is an advert detail for the position they will be interviewing for, if not, they submit the required qualifications and job description via the “enter advert details” field on the website.
- In order to ensure a definitive appointment, payment is made from the “payment” field.
- Texts containing obligations are approved from the “approve” field.
- Candidates must make an appointment at least 2 days before the interview date. The desired interview date and time will be specified in the appointment creation tab.
- The application is dropped into the pool after the payment is made. The site administrator matches the candidate with an HR professional (interview consultant) who has experience in the relevant field.
- The message containing the final appointment confirmation is sent to the HR professional and the candidate within 24 hours at the latest .
- The interview lasts 1 hour, 45 minutes of which is for interview and the last 15 minutes is for feedback.
- Following the interview conducted in accordance with the interview rules, the interview report prepared by the interview consultant will be sent to the corporate e-mail address www.mulakatcim.com within 24 hours. After the necessary checks are completed, the report will be sent to the candidate by the site administrator.
- If the candidate does not attend the interview outside of one of the situations included in the online interview rules, the fee paid by the candidate for the online interview will not be refunded to the person. If there is a reasonable excuse (in case of documented proof of accident, illness, etc.), a new interview date will be organized for the candidate.
